Employee plus 1 Guest for the party. If employee or guest are under 21 – both are allowed.
PETS
Both venues in TN and FL have a Pet Policy that does not allow Pets
CHILDCARE
FLORIDA: we will be providing onsite childcare aged 4 and up – The Tennessee policy is available in Florida as well, if you prefer.
TENNESSEE: we will cover up to 100 dollars, if you hire an outside service for the evening of the party. Please see your manager for procedure on how to get reimbursed.
HOTEL ROOMS
FLORIDA: rooms will be covered by Cumberland for 12/11
TENNESEE: rooms will be covered by Cumberland, if requested

Country band Radio Romance brings a youthful, party-loving energy to Nashville with upbeat, harmonic, and hook-friendly songs influence by acts like Alabama, Eric Church and Jason Aldean.
Featuring Earl B. Hailston
Lieutenant General, U.S. Marine Corps, Retired
Earl Hailston served in the United States Marine Corps for over 36 years in a variety of operational and staff assignments. His last tour of duty was as the Commander, Marine Forces, Central Command and Commander, Marine Forces, Pacific from Aug 2001 until August 2003. During this time he led the Marine Component during operations in Afghanistan and during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Cumberland International Trucks, Business Development
Calleigh Minor works as the Assistant Chief Legal Officer for Cumberland International Trucks while pursuing her law degree from Nashville School of Law. She founded Cumberland’s Charitable Foundation and is responsible for coordinating and driving charitable contributions that support our Core Values as an organization.

Cumberland International Trucks is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, where it was founded more than 60 years ago. Terry Minor became the dealer principle in 2007. Cumberland started with one location, 80 people, and represented a handful of brands. Today, Cumberland encompasses eight International truck dealerships, two Idealease branches, a corporate headquarters facility, dozens of brands and over nearly 300 employees.

Cumberland International Trucks, Fleet Sales
Taylor Minor graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2015 and began his career in Chicago, working in the National Accounts department for Idealease Corporate. He then held Rental Manager positions in both the Atlanta and Nashville markets for the Idealease brand. He currently works in Fleet Sales for Cumberland International.
