*Submitting someone for Recommendation does not guarantee their acceptance as a Nominee. Recommendations, Nominees and Winners will be discussed and voted on by managers as we’ve done in the past.

When our customers win, we win. Employee ensures that the customer always leave completely satisfied and understands the importance of repeat business.

We aim to foster customer loyalty by upholding our core values and by keeping our brand promise. Employee demonstrates the first three Core Values at All Times to ensure that every customer has a great experience at Cumberland. This will ensure our brand promise is always there and the customer will think of Cumberland first when their next need arises.
