Renee Hudson, manager at Cumberland Fire, notes that “We have many local departments [that we service in Middle Tennessee] that are sending apparatus and personnel to assist in fighting the wildfires in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We’ve talked with many department chiefs and will be offering our assistance.”
Keeping fire trucks up and running for fire crews on the ground is paramount. Cumberland Fire will be sending multiple technicians to fix any issues as they arise, keeping firefighters safe and effective.
Renee Hudson says, “Most importantly we will be there to keep all of the apparatus in service and assure our customers that we are here to support them. Our “Fire” family and the folks in East Tennessee are in great need right now and we feel that our assistance will be a help to them.“
