Coping With Corona Virus – It’s OK to Worry and Feel Exhausted
With so much uncertainty around the corona virus and it’s real risks to our families and friends, it’s OK to have anxiety. It’s also OK to be exhausted. It’s natural to feel anxious, especially when there are so many Unknowns right now.
Many of our normal coping mechanisms are unavailable to us – happy hour at the bar, working out at the gym, socializing with family and friends.
Remember:
- It’s normal to feel anxious about safety for yourself, your family and friends.
- Everyone has different ways of coping – and we’re all learning NEW ways to cope right now
- Anger, grief and sadness are also common (normal!) feelings right now.
- It’s healthy to accept help!
